Bonding over a mutual appreciation of quality electronic music, Nick and Jaymin formed the DJ/production duo Salon K in 2008. An all round love of dance music originally featured in their sets as could be heard at their now infamous Dim Sum parties in East London. Without losing their eclectic tastes they eventually refined their sound to focus on the deeper sides of house and techno.

The lads have had the pleasure of playing alongside acts such as The Freestylers, Koma & Bones, DJ Yoda, Pendulum, Sinden, The Loose Cannons, Meat Katie, Riva Starr, Phonat, James Harcourt, Jay Shepheard, Jack Beats, Mathew Styles, Kissy Sell Out amongst others in venues such as Ministry of Sound, Turnmills, Brixton Academy, Egg, The Coronet Theatre and Old Queens Head. The guys have also played all over Australia and select shows in Canada, France, Turkey, Colombia & Peru. Their mixes have also been featured on Triple J Australia, RTR FM, and on KISS FM in London.

Now based over two continents the guys utilize the wonders of the world wide web to swap material until they're back together on the same land mass.
