Xenbel is Xenia Beliayeva .
Xenia was born and raised in Moscow until the age of 12.
In 1988 she moved to Germany and the worldwide happening of electronic music hit her in full effect. Her first DJ experiences were in 1994 with different appearances at photo shootings and fashion shows, providing different kinds of ambient moods.
In 1997 she joined Laurent Garnier as openers for Kraftwerk, spinning the Opening Ceremony of Club ZKM in Karlsruhe (Germany) , and since then she has rocked the floor nonstop. Unlike many in the daytime Xenia wasn't sleeping, instead she was working on a project called 'BerlinHouse', broadcasted nationwide on the German Music TV-station VIVA until 2001.
Next was (and is) her job as A&R for Ladomat, one of Germanys most reputaded dance labels. But still not enough, in 2005 she started Lone Records (Rob Acid, Tyree Cooper, Arabian Prince, Dynamik Bass System) and Danced Records (Rockford, Combi).

Radio Xenbel Presents The Dirt Crew
James FlavourとBreak 3000によるDirt Crewは2004年、MBFから"Cleaning up the Ghetto Part 1+2"をリリースし、自身のレーベル"Dirt Crew Recordings"を立ち上げるなど、彗星の如くシーンに登場した。"Rok Da House"は 2004を代表するレコードとなり、そのelectro houseと表現されるサウンドで国際的な認知と評価を得ることとなる。その後Moodmusicから"808 Lazerbeam"、"Darkside"、"Domino"といった名作をリリースし、その地位を確固たるものとしていく。アルバム"Who made Who"のリミックスをGommaからリリースするなど、リミックスも積極的に行うようになり、これまでにJennifer CardiniやSilicone Soulの作品を始め、 2020 Vision、 Crosstownrebels、Freerangeといったレーベルなど、幅広い作品を手掛けている。
Dirt Crew Recordingsは、立ち上げるやいなやDominik Eulbergによる"Largo"のリミックスがスマッシュヒットとなり、レーベルとにとってもアーティストにとっても強力なブレイクスルーとなった。
2004年10月にリリースされたDirt Crewのシングル"What you Want"は未だにretro old school シーンでプレイされている。James Flavour、Break 3000、Tigerskin、Jennifer Cardiniによる秀逸な作品をリリース。Prudo、Adultnapper、 Sian、Drum Cultといった新たな才能とSpirit CatcherやAndre Kramlといった有名アーティストと達を巻き込むこみ、houseとminimalの新たな可能性を示している。
Dirt Crew Recordingsとは異なるサウンドを発信すべく、2005年にスタートした二つ目のレーベル、Players Paradise。Sweet SlaveとMartinez、2枚の作品をリリースし、すぐにその名を知られるようになったこのレーベルではdeep houseよりもさらにディープでミニマルなサウンドやMike MondayとSerge Santiagoによるリミックスワーク、イタリアの新星Marcello GiordaniによるItalo-house、グラスゴーのグラスゴーのMashによるNu-Discoなど、ハウスミュージックの更なる可能性を追究している。
