Barcelona based DJ/Producer/Remixer Paul Alexander has more than influenced the lovers of progressive beats all over the globe. Recently with his global radio show "Mainframe" has reached more music seekers than ever before.

The show has a 2 hour format with the first hour being Paul introducing some of the most groundbreaking tracks being released, followed by the second hour being a guest mix from some of the biggest DJ's in the world in the progressive scene.

Guest have included - Sasha, Sandra Collins, John Graham (Quivver), Pole Folder, Steve Lawler, Ryan Luciano, STARK, Mariano Santos, Chris Fortier, Darin Epsilon, Sezar Uysal , Francesco Pico, Jimmy Van M, Luis Junior, Scotty.A, Chloe Harris, Alex & Filip, Alex Brown, Nick Milly Rik Parkinson

Paul is also currently working on a number of productions and has just finished a remix for Tolga Diler's In Your Head - Indigo Recordings, his track Pyrokinesis which was released with remixes from, Deepfunk, Martin Garcia and Ryan Luciano on Hyline Music as a Beatport exclusive on the 20th of September 2011.(also 2 mixes on Hyline Music's ADE Album) Paul also entered the competition to remix - Hernan Cattaneo & Soundexile - Teleport - and although he did not win, has had full support from many DJ's around the world.

His style is a blend of Deep House, Progressive House, Techno, Deep House and Tech House. Paul has played in many of the UK's hottest nights, including guest spots on Pete Tongs Radio 1 Essential selection nights and alongside such dance floor legends as Sasha, Nick Warren and Paul Van Dyk.

Paul Alexander was born in England, but now resides in Barcelona - Spain. He has now established his studio in the heart of the city. He has also played at many of Barcelona's top venues across the city. During his time in the UK house scene which really started in 1994 when he first played alongside Sasha and changed his life forever - Paul played on 4 Essential mix nights with Pete Tong and Radio 1 and he also played live mixes on other UK radio stations.

Before moving to Barcelona Paul lived in London playing at various clubs such as The Cross and was also a regular at other clubs across the UK including the Zap Club in Brighton and Number 10 in Guernsey, The Network in Belfast and The Warehouse in Plymouth. Paul's main residency during the 90's was at Scream at the Warehouse in Plymouth.
