A devotion to the Big beat sound inspired them to start the now legendary London club night Big Kahuna. Operating in Pub basements and other similarly dodgy venues all round the capital. Their music policy and guest DJ lineup featuring artists such as the Chemical Brothers, Jon Carter and the Charlatans' Tim Burgess. fast gave the night an international reputation. A growing public profile resulted in the creation of the Kahuna Cuts label, an American tour with the Charlatans and remixes for renowned electronica artists such as Luke Slater, Morel and Felix Da Housecat.
Their debut album was earlier this year on City Rockers label, 'Machines Say Yes' is a brilliant departure from the mainstream sound, a throw back to the days of Acid House. This set, recorded live at the samurai.fm event @ AIR last weekend captures the duo at their very best........ big dirty acid breaks.
