fabric presents Zero T
ドラムンベースの世界は、ごく頻繁に、浅はかな解釈によってジャンル付けされ半ば「隔離」されたシーンと言えるが、Zero T はそんな偏見や境界線を打ち破って新しいグラウンドを固め、もっとオープンなミュージックを聞かせてくれる新種のプロデューサー陣のリーダー的存在である。独自のパラメーターを持つ彼は、ドラムンベース・サウンド内のスペクトルを際限まで探索するだけでなく、その前衛的で複雑に仕組まれ、かつ分かりやすいメロディーのサウンドを持って、更にそれを押し広げているのだ。Zero T が、彼の受けた実に多様な影響を上手く吸収し、自信のミュージックを通して、無類とまで言える実にユニークなモノを創り上げているのは納得だ。
