Diesel presents Santos

Santos started his music career at a time when the scene was influenced by the likes of Giorgio Moroder, Chicago house and early UK house stuff such as S-Express. His debut release was 'The Piano' (1995) from Mantra Vibes label (under Expanded Music) which is one of the Italian underground house labels known for the hit records from Sueno Latino.

In 2001, 'Camels' which was licensed to Ministry Of Sound's Incentive Records and became a top 10 hit on UK national chart. Well known DJ's such as BBC's Pete Tong, Judge Jules, Fatboy Slim, Basement Jaxx, Ashley Beedle and James Lavelle were all raving about the tune.

Santos' music style defies being categorised and this has an effect that attracts many DJs from many music genres. His debut album 'R U Shakadelic' from the same label made him become a globe trotter in big demand in Italy, Ibiza and UK's Big Beat Boutique and Bugged Out. Needless to say, Japan cannot afford to miss him out from their nights with Mondo Grosso and Duck Rock.
