Taichi Master is the great dj, best known as the producer of a group of experts who specialise in japanese hiphop systems.
When he is blackmailed by the secret agents into stealing a top secret of disco-box, the master find himself embroiled in a game of danger and intrigue.
After he recover the disco-box, he discover that it has the capability to decode all existing japanese hiphop systems around the world, and that the agents who hired him didn't work for the Government after all...
