Experience your monthly dose of hot, heavy, hard-hitting bass paired with staggering sound system guaranteed to spill your inner beast and vibrate your bones. Absorb the homage of the wobbling crowd as ours DJs take on the decks, dropping face-melting bass and gnarly beats. A night of Dubstep, fronted by HOME resident Jerls, I ♥ DUBSTEP's newest addition to our crew, veteran bass DJ Reiki and helmed by the duke of Dubstep, Darren Dubwise (Syndicate), is never less than inspiring so come on down to witness a different kind of orgasm.
Jerls, resident Dubstep DJ of Home Club may once be better known as the electronica post-hardcore band Ingride's member. Being born in the sounds of heavy rock music has definitely rooted an element in him and venturing into the then foreign electronics lead him to the interest of Bass music. Since 2008, Jerls has been lingering around the scene before he's been picked up to be part of Home Club and has since left a deep impression on the dancefloor. His residency has earned the new kid on the block quite a following and he's set to capitalize on that momentum with the release of his very own Owvle EP.
Owvle EP, this 8 track album (along with a bonus track) is a collection of what Jerls has absorbed and learnt from influences around him with a taste of his background. No doubt there'll be hard-hitting wobbles and symphonic melodies that is expected from this dubhead but it is the track 'Lovr' that is completely out of his comfort zone, this deep techno track may just be the highlight of this Dubstep album.
